Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.


Shipping Times

Due to high seasonal demand for Christmas and winter decor, our current delivery estimates are:

  • UK & Ireland: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch

  • USA: typically 6-14 business days after dispatch

  • EU & Rest of World: timing varies by destination, usually 7–15 business days after dispatch

These are estimates only. Small delays can occur during peak holiday periods, adverse weather or customs checks. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible to the address provided at checkout.


Delivery Issues

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we’ll notify you and offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Delivery to an alternative address confirmed by you

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address entered at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If you are unable to receive the package, the carrier may provide instructions for redelivery or local pickup.


How Can I Check My Order Status?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, especially during the holiday season.

  • If you have not received your order within 15 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at nuvaneofficial@gmail.com with your name and order number and we’ll assist you.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because our seasonal decor are time sensitive products, we accept returns only for defective, damaged or incorrect items in line with UK consumer law.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item free of charge or offer a refund where a replacement is not possible.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items, change of mind or normal wear and tear on seasonal decorations.
